In a blender, mix the cream, sugar and vanilla until it thickens. Scrape the sides and add the remaining ingredients. Blend till everything is incorporated.
Pour the mixture into icepop molds and freeze for 30 minutes. Insert the icepop sticks and freeze for 5 hours until they are fully frozen. To remove from molds, run under warm water.
