This recipe is in "parts" so that you can adjust the quantity as required.
Ingredients
*** For the Rosemary Infused Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 or 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
*** For the Drink
1 part rosemary infused syrup
1 part freshly squeeze lemon juice
4 parts carbonated water (Perrier, San Pelegrino,...)
Small sprig of fresh rosemary and slice of lemon
Instructions
For the rosemary infused syrup - Put the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir till the sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear. Put the rosemary in a Mason jar and top with the syrup. Let it cool and then cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
For the drink - In a tall glass, add a small sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon. Add syrup, lemon juice and carbonated water. Stir gently and top with ice. Enjoy!
